Conner
My name is Conner, and I’m a college student balancing school, athletics, and building a local service business from the ground up. I started JunkGuys to create something real, a business built on hard work, accountability, and serving my community the right way. I’m hands on in every part of the operation, from answering calls to hauling junk, and I take pride in doing honest work and earning trust one job at a time.
Mateo
My name is Mateo, and I’m a college student working alongside my friend Conner to build JunkGuys from the ground up. We started this business by taking on jobs ourselves and learning everything hands-on along the way. I focus on getting the job done right, working efficiently, staying organized, and treating every customer’s space with care. Being part of JunkGuys lets me work hard, grow, and help people in our community at the same time.
OUR STORY
JunkGuys started with two friends, Conner and Mateo, who wanted to do more than just work a normal job. We were both in highschool, juggling school and life, and looking for a way to build something of our own. What began as helping people haul away junk turned into something we genuinely enjoyed and saw real potential in.
In the beginning, it was just us. Long days, heavy lifting, and learning as we went. We made mistakes, figured things out on the fly, and learned quickly what mattered most to customers was being honest, showing up when we said we would, and actually caring about the job.
This business isn’t just about hauling junk for us. It’s about taking pride in our work and earning trust. We treat every job like it’s for a friend or family member, because our reputation means everything. When you call JunkGuys, you’re dealing directly with the people doing the work.
We’re still growing, and we’re proud of that. JunkGuys represents our work ethic, our friendship, and our commitment to doing things the right way. Our goal is to keep building, keep improving, and continue helping people clear out their spaces without the stress.
